La Banda:
The Smashing Pumpkins es un grupo musical estadounidense de rock alternativo, formado en Chicago, Illinois, en 1988.[1] A menudo, especialmente en sus inicios, el grupo fue catalogado dentro del estilo grunge por haberse formado la banda en la misma época de apogeo de dicho estilo.
Tras disolverse el 2 de diciembre de 2000, la agrupación anunció por medio de su sitio web oficial, el 20 de abril de 2006, una reunión y la grabación de un nuevo álbum. Dicha reunión finalmente se concretó el 22 de mayo de 2007, con la primera presentación en vivo del grupo, tras siete años, en el teatro Le Grand Rex de París, Francia.
La Canción:
Apareció como sensillo en su album de 1995 "Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness"; la canción fue MUY popular y tuvo muchas ventas; y, en compañia de el Video, gano varios premios mundialmente, sobre todo en Inglaterra y Estados Unidos.
